🍾 Buy a bottle of Della Vite Prosecco DOCG Superiore from a participating Sainsbury’s Superstore or Sainsbury’s Online between 10 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026.

Prizes

🏆 1x First Prize – The first person to find and claim a pink cork will win a trip for two to Valdobbiadene in Italy - the home of Della Vite.

This includes:

A two-night stay, vineyard lunch with wine pairing, Della Vite winery tour + private tasting, return flights to Venice and private transfers to Valdobbiadene.

✨ 4x Runner-Up Prizes – The remaining four pink cork finders will each win a year’s supply of Della Vite Prosecco.

Each winner receives:

1 Magnum in the first month, then 2 bottles per month for 12 months.

Long T&Cs

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition (the “Promotion”) is Della Vite Ltd, 6 Arundel Street, London, WC2R 3DA (the “Promoter”). The Promotion is run in partnership with Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd (“Sainsbury’s”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 00:00 (GMT) on 10 December 2025 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 1 January 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
Any entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be valid.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
3.2 Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Promoter, Sainsbury’s, or any associated third parties involved in the administration of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.3 Proof of age and residency may be required before a prize is awarded.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, purchase a bottle of Della Vite Prosecco DOCG Superiore from a participating Sainsbury’s Superstore and Sainsbury’s online during the Promotion Period.
4.2 If your bottle contains a pink cork, you have found one of five winning corks. Pink corks have been distributed on a fair and random basis across participating products.
4.3 If you find a pink cork, you must email a clear photo of their receipt and pink cork to [email protected]. A member of the team will then follow up with you to claim your prize and receive your full contact details (name, address, email, DOB and phone number).
4.4 The original pink cork must also be send to the Della Vite office by post at the following address: Della Vite, 6 Arundel Street, London, WC2R 3DA
4.5 Only original Della Vite pink corks are valid. Counterfeit, damaged, or photocopied corks will not be accepted.
4.6 Product availability may vary between stores, and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability to purchase Della Vite Prosecco DOCG Superiore during the Promotion Period due to stock limitations or store participation.
4.7 Corks must arrive at Della Vite HQ by 23:59 (GMT) 5 January 2026 to be claimed. Winners must respond to prize confirmation within 7 days; failure to respond or verify eligibility will result in forfeiture and the prize may be re-awarded to the next eligible claimant.

5. Prizes

5.1 There are a total of five (5) prizes available to be won.
Grand Prize (1 winner):
The first person to claim a pink cork by submitting it with valid proof of purchase will win an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Valdobbiadene, Italy, including:

  • Return flights from the winner’s nearest UK airport to Venice, Italy (subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking).

  • Private transfers between Venice Airport and hotel accommodation.

  • A two-night stay in a luxury hotel (one room, double or twin occupancy).

  • A three-course lunch with wine pairing overlooking vineyards in Valdobbiadene.

  • A tour of the Della Vite winery and a private tasting experience.

Runner-Up Prizes (4 winners):
A year’s supply of Della Vite Prosecco, consisting of 1x Della Vite magnum in the first month, followed by 2 bottles of Della Vite per month for the year (24 bottles per winner).

6. Prize Conditions

6.1 The Grand Prize must be booked by 31 March 2026 and taken between 1 April 2026 and 31 July 2026. If not booked and taken within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
6.2 The trip itinerary and accommodation are subject to availability and may vary depending on seasonality and operational factors.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
6.5 Although the Promotion is open only to those aged 18 or over, the Grand Prize winner may bring a guest of any age on the trip.
6.6 Travel insurance, additional meals, personal expenses, and any other costs not explicitly stated as included are the responsibility of the winner.
6.7 The winner must hold a valid passport and any required travel documentation. Economy return flights with standard cabin baggage only (hold luggage may incur additional cost). UK-airport transfers not included. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Blackout dates may apply. Adequate travel insurance is a condition of travel.
6.8 The prize must be booked directly with the Promoter’s marketing team at [email protected].
6.9 Any travel expenses, or any other expenses in the general use of and enjoyment of the Prize, that the winners or their guests incur are the sole responsibility of the winners or their guests.
6.10 Any tax liability or other costs associated with accepting a prize that are not expressly stated as being included are the responsibility of the winner.
6.11 Limit one prize per person.

7. Winner Selection and Verification

7.1 The prizes will be awarded to the first five individuals to find a pink cork in a Della Vite Prosecco DOCG Superiore bottle and successfully submit it with proof of purchase.
7.2 The Grand Prize will be awarded to the first valid claimant to return a pink cork and proof of purchase to the Promoter. The next four valid claimants will each receive a Runner-Up Prize.
7.3 The Promoter will verify all pink corks received and confirm winners via email within 14 working days of receipt of the claim. Winners must respond to prize confirmation within 7 days; failure to respond or verify eligibility will result in forfeiture and the prize may be re-awarded to the next eligible claimant.
7.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.5 The Promoter reserves the right to request additional proof of purchase, identity, or any other verification reasonably necessary to confirm the validity of a claim.
7.6 The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or refuse any prize if, in its reasonable opinion, a claimant has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in any fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.
7.7 If two or more valid pink cork claims are received on the same day, the prize order will be determined by the date and time shown on the proof of purchase receipt.
The earliest qualifying purchase (based on receipt timestamp) will take priority for the Grand Prize. If purchase times cannot be clearly determined, the Promoter will decide the order of receipt at its discretion.
7.8 Entrants are responsible for sending corks by a secure, trackable method. The Promoter is not liable for items lost in transit. Corks will not be returned and become the property of the Promoter upon receipt.

8. Prize Fulfilment

8.1 The Grand Prize winner will liaise directly with the Promoter’s marketing team to finalise travel arrangements.
8.2 Runner-up winners will receive their first case of Della Vite within 30 days of verification, with subsequent cases delivered every two months thereafter. Age-verified delivery applies. Delivery to UK residential addresses only (no PO Boxes). If delivery fails after reasonable attempts, the prize may be forfeited.
8.3 While the Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to fulfil prizes promptly, it accepts no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, or changes to prize delivery or availability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including supplier issues, strikes, weather, or travel disruptions.

9. Liability

9.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any technical failures, misdirected entries, or communications failures of any kind.
9.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed entries, receipts, or corks.
9.3 Except in cases of negligence, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment arising out of participation in this Promotion or acceptance of any prize.
9.4 Sainsbury’s is not responsible for the administration of this Promotion, the verification of entries, or the fulfilment of prizes. All queries should be directed to the Promoter at [email protected].

10. Data Protection

10.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.dellavite.com/privacy.
10.2 Winners’ names and counties may be published or made available upon request in accordance with applicable advertising regulations
10.3 Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion. Participation is voluntary and will not affect the awarding of the prize.
10.4 After fulfilment of any prize claim and the winner’s data is no longer required for administration of the Promotion (including verification, prize award, publicity) the Promoter will securely delete or anonymise the personal data provided by the entrant in connection with the claim.

11. General

11.1 Entry into the Promotion signifies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Promotion or these Terms at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
11.3 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, he Cloudflare dashboard is loadingand the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control that affect or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion and/or substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.
